Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.
How to Report

Provide your order number, product name, and a clear unboxing video showing the defect.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item.
To be eligible for a replacement:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the seal should not be tampered with.
You must send the unboxing video as proof of condition at the time of delivery.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once we verify:
A replacement shipment will be arranged at no extra cost to you.
We aim to process verified claims promptly.
We may ask for additional information or photos to support verification if needed.
For approved replacement claims due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, Sukhmukh will bear return shipping charges.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests or incorrect orders placed on the customer’s part.
